ABOUT US

Westbrook Galleries' specializes in American art from the mid 1940’s to the present with a concentration on Modernism, The Post War Abstract Expressionism, Bay Area Figurative and Berkeley Schools. Our focus is to offer noteworthy works by artists who have made significant contributions to the history of Modern – Abstract Expressionist Art.  We are  privileged to represent artists who have and continue to contribute to the arts in careers that span several decades including John Grillo, Karl Kasten, Robert Natkin, Dennis Hare, John Saccaro, Joan Brown, Ron Davis and Michael Kessler.

Westbrook Galleries' also represents a select group of early and mid-career artists who rank among the top in their fields, including Kim Frohsin, Rick Begneaud, Stevan Shapona,  and Sam Nejati. All have been reviewed in major periodicals and many have a long list of awards.  Most of our artist’s works are included in hundreds of important collections and are in the collections of the top museums of the world.

Whether you are a seasoned collector or just venturing out into the world of fine art, or looking for a decorative piece, when you work with us you will feel comfortable, informed, and ultimately proud of the works you place in your home.
