Brian Blood - "Trail to the Hills" Brian Blood has been a professional artist for 25 years. Teaching for more than a decade in the Fine Art Department at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and conducting his own Plein Air Painting Workshops around California keeps him very busy. Brian Blood is a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America, The Northern California Painters Group and the Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters. He is an Artist Member of the California Art Club. Feature articles have been published in Southwest Art, Art of the West, Artists Magazine, Coast Magazine and American Artist. Brian has been recently honored as Outstanding Alumnist and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
