Alfred-Arthur Brunel de Neuville was born in Paris and specialised in still life paintings and paintings of animals, especially cats. He exhibited at the Societe des Artistes Francais from 1879 and was elected a member in 1907. Museums : Beziers, Brest, Chateau Thierry, Louviers
